I must say I’ve had a good experience with Cox communication both from the utility perspective of getting Internet, but also the customer service from the stores. I like the communication that they have when their service is out I have been to the store a couple times over the past four or five years when modems get hit by lightning Always pleasant prompt service. Staff is very professional. And this is a company culture thing because I have a cox service in New Orleans and that store is just as professional, prompt and courteous as the Pensacola one.

I've been doing business with this company for over 15 years. they run both of my businesses. I recently closed down one of my businesses in October of last year. 6 months later I'm getting calls from debt collectors telling me that my equipment was never turned in. I was told to drop it off at UPS which I did. now they won't do anything about it if I don't have a tracking number which I can't find cuz at 6 months later I didn't know I needed it. never got a phone call. email nothing. I will be moving my service from my existing business to a different provider. this is very bad business

I had a very frustrating experience at this location today. I came in simply to return my equipment because I’m moving out of the area and won’t be using the service anymore. The representative I worked with, I believe his name was Jay, made the process unnecessarily difficult. I explained that I have a roommate who wasn’t physically present, and when he asked if I wanted to cancel the service, I said no because cable is included with the rent and I thought I had that option. However, he then told me I couldn’t return the equipment unless I was canceling the service—which made no sense, especially since he was the one who asked the question in the first place. On top of that, when I asked for a receipt, he said it would be emailed. I let him know I was going to take a picture for my records, and he responded by saying I couldn’t take a picture of him. I clarified that I was not taking a picture of him, just the equipment and the store, but his response came off as defensive and rude. Overall, the interaction felt unprofessional and unhelpful. This situation could have been handled much better with clearer communication and basic customer service. Staff should be better trained o

Quick and easy to stop cox. Price for cabel got too high. Over the phone with the main office, they could not reduce my bill even though I had been with they for 20+ years. Suddenly, when I went to replace my equipment they had a $60 deal.

Its always a great trip to the cox store on bayou to try out latest tech gadgets, learn about new promotions and state of the art electronics. Every associate is knowledgeable and helpful and genuinely engaging. All associates are charming and make you feel like a neighbor. And on a personal note if you're fortunate you may just meet Grace. She exemplifies all of the great qualities of a Cox pro and will make you feel appreciated for your business. People trade stories about terrible experiences dealing with cable/internet providers all of the time, but the stories about Miss Grace and her stellar service make you forget all about the "other guys". Stop by and ask for Grace, you'll see why and become a believer that ACTUAL great customer service by someone who cares, still truly exists! Hats off to the entire team at Bayou Cox store and the incomparable Miss Grace!
